How/ when can I pay the deposit?
You can basically pay via paypal by bank transfer, or cash. For a binding reservation, we need a deposit of 30%. The rest of the payment can be balanced on your arrival.
How can I get the keys?
You will get the keys at your arrival. We will wait for you in front of the building in order to show you the apartment and make your check-in.
Can I extend my stay in the apartment?
You can book additional day if there aren't any other bookings. If so, we will find another nice alternative for you.
Is an early check-in or a late check-out possible?
This is normally no problem unless there is another booking for this apartmnt. Please, inform us about your arrival asap.
Are there other bills to pay beside the rent of the apartment?
The electricity and the gas must be paid separate for stays of more than one month. For shorter periods, there is a basic use of energy included in the rent.
Which is the period of high season?
The high season starts in October and lasts till the end of March. There are two peak seasons (over New Year and Carnival). Please, check the special conditions for the peak season. Usually, there are just bookings of 10 days or more accepted.
Do I have internet access in the apartment?
Alomost all of the the apartments provide internet access. If you need internet access, please mention this with your booking. Check the details of the apartment to find out about the details.
What does the expression Carnival-package mean?
There are special prices and a minimum period of stay over New Year or Carnival. This does not mean that the period is fixed. Arrival and check-out can be chosen.
