Policies & disclaimers

• There is a 30% deposit necessary to get a confirmation of your reservation.
• For periods over or very close to New Year or Carnival, there is a minimum stay of ten nights. This might be reduced to seven nights if there are other reservations. You need to pay a deposit of 50% for a reservation. Please, keep in mind that there are special prices for these packages which have a surplus of approx. 100% of the value.
• We will confirm the tranfer of the payment as well as the reservation – right after having received the money. You also will get the detailed address of the location. We will ask you to send us your arrival details such as flight number, airport, terminal, etc. If not agreed otherwise, we will wait in front of the building for you at the agreed time. You also are free to suggest a handling of your arrival.
• You need to pay the rest of the payment at your check-in. You will get the keys of the apartment at the same time. We will inform you if there are some special things to know about the apartment.
• The payment must be in local currency in cash.
• You also will be asked to leave a security deposit which varies according to the number of people in the apartment, duration of your stay and the period of the year. Usually, the security deposit also can be let in other (hard) currencies. This needs an agreement at the check-in. Damages at the apartment or costs which will have to pay the owner due to missuse, fees, fines, loss of keys, waste of energy, lawyers etc. can be taken by the owner from the security deposit without further agreement. This does not mean that the client has to cover the full amount of these costs.
• There is a minimum use of energy included. Please, ask at your check-in about the details. The owner of the apartment or his representative will note the actual numbers of the meters at your check-in and your check-out. This is the base for the calculation of the costs of energy. which must be payed at your check-out. Of course, you are free to control the meters as well.
  
• Although guests might be welcome, there are some restrictions for your safety and due to the interests of the owner of the apartment. The doorman, the owner of the property or his representation are allowed to deny the access to the apartment for guests in certain circumstances. This is especially the case if it is expected to have safety problems or if the guests are supposed to disturb the neighbors or the building otherwise. This can be because of influence of alcohol or drugs, unknown people or  people who are known to cause conflicts.
